Dust and wipe reachable fixtures, fans, and exterior vent covers
Dust blinds, frames, lamps, and suitable decorative items
Dust and wipe trim, doors, and accessible window sills
Clean mirrors and suitable furniture surfaces
Make beds and arrange pillows
Clean under beds where accessible
Remove fingerprints from suitable woodwork and switch plates
Dust and wet-wipe baseboards
Vacuum and mop floors
Empty waste baskets

Kitchen & dining

Clean and polish the rangehood exterior
Clean the stovetop and appliance fronts
Clean the microwave inside and out
Degrease suitable cabinet fronts and backsplash
Clean countertops, the sink, drain area, and suitable fixtures
Detail accessible window sills; window glass is an add-on

Bathrooms

Scrub tubs and showers
Address soap scum and hard-water buildup where the surface allows
Clean toilets, including accessible areas behind them
Clean sinks, countertops, and backsplash
Clean mirrors and shine fixtures

Cabinet interiors: moving cleans only

Inside-cabinet cleaning is available only with move-in/move-out service. Include it in your request, empty the cabinets before the visit, and we’ll confirm it in the quote.

Oven and refrigerator interiors, windows, basements, and garages remain add-ons. Share any landlord or buyer checklist and your key handoff date before booking.

Ready for your reset.

Put away loose belongings so surfaces are accessible.
Share priorities, pets, product sensitivities, and delicate finishes.
Confirm entry, working water and electricity, and any deadline.
For a moving clean, remove belongings and empty cabinets you want cleaned.
After construction, arrange cleaning once dusty trade work is finished.

Cleaning cannot reverse permanent stains, etched glass, worn finishes, or other surface damage. High-access work and unusual residue need to be discussed before we quote.
