Before your visit
Tell us your key handoff date and when the home will be empty. Arrange access and working water and electricity, and remove belongings before the scheduled clean.
A clear scope from the start
Share any landlord or buyer checklist before we quote. Oven and refrigerator interiors, windows, basements, and garages are add-ons. We do not pull out appliances. A cleaning service cannot guarantee a security-deposit return.
