"Broom swept" shouldn't be the standard. It is a construction term, not a cleaning one. Nobody should walk into a brand new home and find someone else's drywall dust in the cabinets. We clear the fine dust out of window tracks, vents, cabinet interiors, and fixtures, so a finished build actually shows finished, on camera and on the walk-through.

The Full Reset follows a thorough checklist, but the process is more involved than a standard clean. Here is what makes it deep, and what it covers in every room. Download the PDF ↓

Three-step dusting: dry dust, detail dust, then wet wipe, ceilings to baseboards.

Extensive wet work: trim, doors, baseboards, and high-reach areas wet-cleaned, not just dusted.

Bathroom detailing: showers, tubs, grout, fixtures, and glass scrubbed until the hard water and soap scum are gone.

Kitchen deep clean: cabinets, backsplash, sink, and appliance fronts degreased top to bottom.

Time and precision: more time per room, into the corners and edges most cleanings skip.
